A to B

Did you ever ponder the chicken and egg question… you know, which came first?

Well here is a ponder statement that we know due to physics and basic math. The shortest distance from ‘a to b’ is a straight line.

A lie is a twisting or misrepresentation of the truth. It takes a straight line and begins to slither around with it causing confusion and disorientation. It slides from A to D and then back to B it might never touch C. We start to doubt and negate the truth as this happens, the twisting of the line.

Yet the truth is still the straight line it never wavered, only your opinion and definition of it did. There can be no lies without truth, there must a straight line to distort. You can have truth without lies but you cannot have lies without truth. Wrap your brain around that one for a couple minutes.

This is the other ponder statement I really like: you can have God without satan but you cannot have satan without God. One is darkness and one is light. The only way you discern darkness is because of light. Just one little match in a dark room will dispel the darkness. Yet blow the match out… it is dark but you can only prove it is dark by comparing it to light. Darkness is the absence of light. You must have light to prove darkness, but darkness can never prove light. You must have God, the Light, to prove the existence of satan, dark. Satan himself is the proof that God exists.

Yet how much of this worldly order at this time is dark, it claims to rule the earth. It claims to be all powerful and that it is truth. It blatantly rises up in our society with the claim that the kingdom of darkness rules. After reading our two ponder statements I think it is safe to say:

Truth of the straight line has been pulled and twisted until it has become misaligned, distorted. It still is truth, but people and satan have twisted it to say otherwise and we are left scratching our heads going, “I’m not really sure.”

But God…. God is the straight line, His path is a straight line. We are the ones weaving here and there arguing with it but that does not change the line. It remains steadfast, all man’s arguments and satans confusion never make it falter. God is proof satan exists and yet satan would have us believe he is the straight line, that he is all powerful and we cower and become afraid of him. I mean we talk about spiritual battles, having to do warfare, and actually sometimes we focus on satan daily, as if we expect him to pop up everywhere.

What if we turned the tables, instead of focusing on satan and where he might be working, you focus on expecting God to show up, miracles to happen, souls to be saved and people to be healed. Because honestly that is the truth, that is how Jesus walked on the earth focused on God, never satan. Yes He had to deal with him occasionally but He taught, walked and breathed Gods Kingdom. Instead of focusing at Jesus’ truth we cower at the existence of another created being instead of focusing on the Creator. The A to B to C line.

Truth is: Philippians 2:10-11

"that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”

Truth: straight line ‘a to b’ no wavering and ALL, people and spirits will have to bend their knee to God.

Try today to walk the straight line, A to B to C, focusing on Gods Kingdom, expecting Him to show up and show off, it is His specialty. What a different world it would be.
